The Long Port Group is one of the Channel Islands’ leading property development companies. It operates an in house architect team undertaking work in commercial, residential, industrial and leisure sectors. Long Port is a busy dynamic organization which prides itself on excellent quality and service.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Group Architect who has:
- 1. relevant, demonstrable master planning experience and detailed design and construction of major mixed use schemes (GDV > £250m) and single use projects (GDV £100m)
- 2. excellent conceptual and detailed design, with strong contract and monitoring experience;
- 3. able to present to the Board and to clients and manage workload to demanding deadlines.
- 4. Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modelling
- 5. Ideally knowledge of Guernsey planning and building regulations process
- 6. Qualified RIBA
