Experienced high end residential architects
A highly acclaimed architecture and interior design practice specialising in bespoke luxury residential design is looking for 2 experienced Architects with a minimum of 3 years and 5 years respectively post-RIBA part 3 experience to join our team in south west London.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years high end residential experience. You will have experience in all UK RIBA Work Stages and be able to lead projects by working directly with clients. The role requires concept and design development, specification, technical detailing, tendering and contract management.
Strong space planning & detailing skill and great site experience are crucial.
CAD proficiency is essential, preferably Microstation.
