We are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Architect who has a specialism in detailed design and technical delivery, working for blue-chip, design-led studios on large-scale projects.
Our client is one of the world's leading architectural studios and has an incredible pipeline of headline-grabbing, global projects. They are using parametric design for many of these schemes and are now looking to hire a Senior Project Architect who can demonstrate a background in working on similar, major, international projects (up to $2billion), and specialises in delivering detailed design packages. Many of the projects involve buildings with very complex geometries, so again they are looking for someone who has good experience with this.
Applicants should be used to running teams up to 10 in size, and be able to show management of services coordination on major projects - especially relevant given the complexity of some of the steelwork structures to be built. Recent experience of working in the UK, to UK building regulations is essential; familiarity with parametric softwares and using revit will be advantageous.
