Our Local Authority Client based in North London are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to work with their Capital Planned Works Team.
This is a design and build NEC form of contract, and would ideally suit a Building Surveyor with Decent Homes project experience.
Internal works include kitchens and bathrooms
External works include window and roof renewals
MCIOB or MRICS required
