German Speaking Customer Service Representative
A very high-profile, internationally known, British product designer is looking for a Customer Service Representative, who is fluent in German, to join the team in the London office. Your key responsibilities will include: maintaining customer relations, dealing with queries, coordinating deliveries, liaising with operations and ecommerce departments and general administrative support. The right candidate will have previous customer service experience ideally within the retail/design industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure and good attention to detail.
