As the trusted Bids Coordinator/Administrator in this leading architecture hub of creativity in Central London, you will be the first point of call for providing support to the Bid Manager and New Business Manager. The role covers a wide range of administrative elements and would be an interesting opportunity for someone looking to build upon their existing experience in communications or marketing and to be exposed to the dynamic of a busy and successful practice winning awards and projects consistently. The experience would set someone in good stead for a future in Bid Management and Marketing with a flair for the built environment and design especially.
This role requires that someone is fairly fluent in InDesign and/or Photoshop/Illustrator with a keen eye for detail in order that they can assist creatively with the award submissions, PQQs and marketing strategies. Experience in this field is a plus but not essential. Good writing skills are crucial.
