You will be working with a thriving public sector organisation in Mid Wales, supporting their Central Estates function in the specialist areas of Land and Property Management
Your new role
You will be minimising pressures on the team the result from the workload including the many reactive issues that come with an aging estate, a legacy of audit non-conformances. You will develop some processes and procedures necessary for estates systems, identifying and preparing project briefs for the Compliance programme, including setting up a new PPM programme.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent Estates knowledge and could work with IFM Causeway (software Provider) to establish the helpdesk and PPM systems along with an expertise to lead a development group in one or more of the compliance specialisms such as Medical Gases, etc.You will be up to date with all compliance procedures in a property team, and have prior experience doing so for another organisation.
What you'll get in return
This position is for 6 months upwards, so you will get the benefit of a secure temporary position. You will be given an hourly rate that works out to be more lucrative than a permanent salary at this level.
