A multi-award-winning agency whose skills range from design, project management, manufacture and installation of bespoke luxury retail window display schemes and instore VM, events and sculpture are seeking a Project Manager to join their friendly and creative team.

Their projects vary on scale, run size and budget and their clients range from smaller design consultants through to international retailers. They have an extensive knowledge of many production skills - metal working, wood working, poly carving, fibre glassing, upholstery and print production.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager -

  • Winning and managing client projects from inception to sign off of final accounts
  • Taking the brief, managing expectations of the client to ensure that the brief is met successfully and on budget/required standard
  • Liaising with the manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure the project is delivered and completed successfully
  • Quoting of projects at maximum profitability within clients' budgets
  • Briefing design team where relevant, supporting and monitoring work throughout
  • Responsible for setting up and adhering to production timelines ensuring all key dates and deadlines are met
  • Ensuring that costs are maintained within set budgets throughout project and all relevant PO's are raised at time of order
  • Arranging and overseeing delivery and installation (on site where applicable)
  • Updating Project List and Timesheets on WorkflowMax
  • Recruiting and developing own assistant Project Manager intern

Key Skills of the Project Manager -

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of materials and manufacturing
  • Retail industry experience (agency or client side)
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Excellent interpersonal and client handling skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to team effort
