This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Office Manager to join a large and established international design firm. They're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager with 5+ years’ experience to head up all aspects of the day to day running of their London office. Working collaboratively with senior management, the Office Manager will oversee costs and overheads, ensuring ISO quality management and insurances are maintained, as well as act as the point of contact for all external parties.

As the HR contact for the London Office, past HR experience is essential for this position. Developing strong relationships with external contacts and managing the internal performance review process for all staff, the incoming Office Manager should be able to lead in providing support and advice to staff across the company.

Experience within a similar position is a requirement for this role, as is a proactive working approach and keen interest in design and the built environment.
