Ambitious HR & Office Manager for renowned Architectural Studio
This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive and experienced Office Manager to join this accomplished architectural studio. They are currently looking for a highly organised and experienced HR & Office Manager with 5+ years’ experience to head up all aspects of the day to day running of their London office. You will be working closely with senior management, the HR & Office Manager will oversee costs and overheads, implementing ISO quality management and ensuring insurances are maintained, as well as act as the point of contact for all external parties. Experience in implementing ISO is a bonus, so as to hit the ground running.
Past HR experience is essential for this position. Developing strong relationships with external contacts and managing the internal performance review process for all staff, the incoming HR & Office Manager should be able to lead in providing support and advice to staff across the company.
Experience within a similar position is a requirement for this role, as is a proactive working approach and keen interest in architecture, design and the built environment.
