Your new team are a well-established and award winning RIBA practice in West Sussex with an exceptional reputation dedicated to exceeding expectation for all their clients. Their project work ranges across a wide variety of sectors including residential, education and commercial. They are also master planners and interior designers with a tenacious and forward thinking strategy to eventually become an AJ 100 practice in the next 5 years

Your new role
As Project Architect you will be immediately responsible for project running and dealing with clients. You will be working across a range of sectors with particular focus on residential projects. You will liaise closely with the rest of the large office team and Directors to impress and maintain your new employer's status as one of the leading Architectural teams in the South East.

What you'll need to succeed
As well as obvious ability and experience in job running, you should have extensive knowledge of UK buildings regulations, be positive, diligent and have an exceptional eye for detail. Being a natural communicator is a must, with the drive and passion to exceed customer expectation and maintain architectural standards to the highest possible level. You should have AutoCAD fluency with any experience in Revit being a huge plus along with additional qualifications such as CIAT or experience in master planning and bid management, contract admin looked on favourably.
