Your new role
As an Architectural Technician in the design team, you will be working across all RIBA stages on several high-value and flagship projects across the country, using your expertise in design and construction to coordinate projects with the other disciplines in the company. You will have unparalleled access to all walks of construction, and the exposure will develop your skills and experience exponentially.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have good construction knowledge - particularly in Design & Build, steel frame and modular building types, and ideally some fit-out. AutoCAD skills, technical ability and a good all round knowledge of design and delivery of projects are essential. Ideally you will be experienced with NBS software and job-running, but they're not necessities.
