Architect | Mixed-use projects | £30,000+

A client in East London is looking for an Architect to join their busy studio. After a recent number of project wins the studio is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years post Part 3 experience who has developed good knowledge on Residential, Commercial or Education projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong all round Design and Technical experience with an excellent understanding of Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD. You will be expected to work across all project stages and working within a team of Architects and Designers. In this role, you will:

  • Develop projects from concept to completion
  • Prepare technical drawings
  • Develop design concepts
  • Confidently present your ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Liaise with contractors on site
  • Help develop a design language in the practice
  • Represent the business at events and competitions


The following requirements are essential to this position:

  • Part 3 or equivalent
  • Confidence to present design ideas
  • 2 years' experience post Part 3
  • Experience working on Mixed-use projects, Residential or Educational projects
  • Excellent working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and AutoCAD
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Astute attention to detail
  • Able to network and represent the practice at social events


  • Knowledge of Sustainable Architecture practices
  • Strong BIM knowledge
