Design led studio with City Centre offices looking to take on talented, experienced Technician/Technologist

This small studio of 10 in City Centre offices have developed a reputation for outstanding design work in the hospitality, student accommodation, PRS and commercial sectors. Incorporating a unique approach to their projects, as well as the latest design software, they have a secure pipeline of projects that have just hit their construction phases.
Your new role
Taking a lead in the delivery of several large student accommodation projects initially, you will be producing construction drawing packages for both exterior and interior designs, using AutoCAD and Revit software. You will be coordinating the design teams, multi-disciplinary models and packages, and then coordinating the on-site design management. After Christmas a large 300 unit PRS scheme is also expected to hit site as well.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have demonstrable UK experience in a job running capacity on large scale residential projects - hotels, student accommodation or PRS schemes are valid examples. Excellent technical ability, construction knowledge and project management are all essential, and team leadership would be a bonus. There is a higher salary on offer for those with Revit proficiency, though there will be training for those who haven't used it.
