Lead Architect. High Fashion Brand
A globally recognised brand within high fashion.
The company has it's own architectural and interior design group and takes projects from site acquisition through all of the design stages and through to final snagging before the shop opens. This role would see you working with the global head of design and development alongside a team of truly talented architects and interior designers.
The job is based in London in the UK's head office which houses fashion designers, marketing, finance, e commerce, visual merchandising teams and of course, the store design and property team. There are plans to expand the portfolio with 65 new outlets by 2020. These shops will be located all over the world from the UK to Japan, China, Canada, continental Europe and the USA. As you can probably guess, there will be travel with this role so it would suit someone who likes to experience different cultures and see the world!
The company is a strong believer in running a business in a sustainable manner and aims to be carbon neutral by 2020. For this reason, designers with an interest in sustainable design and construction will be well placed within this environment. The owner of the company is a big fan of the arts so candidates who are passionate about art and the creative sector will do well.

We would like to hear from creative architects who would like to work client side. Candidates should also have a strong interest in branded environments and the creative sector. In terms of design style, we are looking for Brick Lane meets Kensington! In other words, high quality with a bit of edge to it! Candidates should have good materials knowledge, an enthusiasm for fashion and thrive in a fast moving workplace. Good computer aided design skills and hand sketching are also required.
The client is not afraid to pay the right price for the best design talent so the salary will be commensurate with ability.
