A world class contractor are looking to appoint a Design Coordinator with an engineering or architectural background.  The client have a track record of delivering award winning construction developments and regeneration projects.  Their schemes cover mixed-used commercial developments and schools to luxury apartments and signature public buildings. 

The Design-Coordinators would be supporting a team 3 Design Managers, and a Design Director in the onsite office. The project is a grounding scheme and hotly anticipated with a completion date of 2018.  You’ll be joining on mid construction and have the opportunity see the interior fit out, façade and finishes of the shell and core.  Besides Battersea, it’s one of the most exciting projects to have on your CV.


They require people with experience in a contractor environment engineering or architecturally trained.  You must have a passion and drive for build, structures and how a building is put together and not just the design.  Those with a strong sense of initiative, nous and drive to grow their career would have the best training at this firm.

Salary negotiable on experience.
