National Architecture Practice are looking for a Project Architect for their busy Manchester Studio.
Your new company
The Manchester City Centre studio of this national architecture firm currently employs 18 people, but is looking to grow to 25 over the course of the next six months. They are terrifically busy with a wide range of high quality residential, higher education and commercial project work, and require a rounded Project Architect on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will tale the lead role on a major residential project that will be run from the Manchester office. Working in a client facing capacity, and leading a small team, you will work from planning stages right through to delivery. The firm has a range of other schemes at design stages that will also benefit from your attention.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified Architect (ARB) with proven work experience working to UK building regulations, and within a respected practice. Candidates should be proficient in the use of Revit, and have experience of leading schemes and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
