Technical Coordinator/ Project Manager for required for a House Builder in the Bristol area.
You will be expected to keep the current schemes rolling along as well as dealing with day to day technical issues, new drawings and NHBC conditions. ultimately.
As well as this your key responsibilities will be;
Ø Technical support to land viability
Ø Planning application / discharge of planning conditions
Ø Consultant appointment
Ø Health and Safety procedures and CDM
Ø Architectural layouts and detailing
Ø Scrutiny of technical reports
Ø Support to solicitors and conveyancing
Ø Tendering / appointment / coordination of services
Ø Postal info
Ø Section agreements
Ø Building Regs including SAPS / EPC / Air test
Ø The tracking of project fees
Ø Technical support to other teams and on site issues
Ø Project meetings
This is an initial 3 months contract post which may extend to something more long term should things go well.
