Due to major project wins, and growing need for specialist processes, they are seeking a proficient BIM Manager to lead their BIM Service.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management, and implementation of BIM Level 2 processes, including full document control, liaison with cross-departmental teams, and directing the Co-ordination team in BIM operations. You will also be responsible for bringing the BIM Model together in Revit, and reviewing projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be well versed in operating to BIM Level 2 standards, and have sound understanding of the related processes and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You will be fluent in Revit, and be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
