FRAME is recruiting for a Document Controller / Admin Assistant to work for a Design Studio specialising in Hospitality design.

Roles and responsibilities include transferring and training the team to use Microsoft Project, managing project schedules and working out the financial profit and loss of each project. Staff and managing flow of recruitment will be a large part of the role - working out who is going to be free to move on to another project and when and making sure that designers are constantly being used to the best of their abilities, and projects aren't under or over staffed. There will also be an element of future forecasting the amount of work that needs to be brought in and on the flip side of this, identifying when the staff is thinly stretched and either organising freelance help or helping to manage the recruitment process.

The role will also include chairing company status meetings, researching new business opportunities, including cold calling potential clients to set up presentations, maintaining and updating company credentials, making sure that the quality standards are up to scratch with software, drawing setups and staff procedures. There will also be a small amount of secretarial support involved to the MD and other Associates.
