National leader in facilities & maintenance management is looking for a Space Planner for office moves

Your new role
As a space planner your main roles will be the design and layouts of new office spaces, liaising with the clients to establish their needs, working closely with manufacturers and applying your knowledge of office regulations and laws. You will also be leading the logistical side of moving office staff, providing temporary solutions for the workforce, as well as managing on site personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience working on office projects, space planning and office moves. You'll need to have a good understanding of office design regulations, such as corridor space, fire escapes and desk spaces. This is a high octane position, with a challenging set of problems facing the logistics of the projects, so you must be able to think on your feet and solve challenges on the fly. Experience of using Microstation & ProjectWise will be beneficial.
