A leading studio with an outstanding portfolio of projects across a range of sectors, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and guide on this area at this pivotal stage in their development. This is an exciting positon with huge scope to implement systems, procedures and business operations and be greatly valued and respected. A CIPD qualification is desirable.
Developing strong relationships with external contacts and managing the internal performance review process for all staff, you should be able to lead in providing support and advice to staff across the company. This is a people focused role with a high level of responsibility and seniority.
You must have a proactive working approach and a keen interest in architecture, design and the built environment is also desirable.
