An established housing developer has several opportunities available for Architectural Technicians.
We are seeking candidates with an excellent capacity for the use of AutoCAD, aligned with a comprehensive understanding of current UK Building Regulations & legislation & an understanding of diverse approaches to conventional & progressive building methods to -


* Design solutions through the medium of CAD & occasionally by freehand for pricing & construction purposes (AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe Photoshop is desirable &, therefore, not essential as training will be assured)
* Communicate with clients, consultants & the department in ensuring the correct information with regard to planning circumstances is distributed appropriately
* Attend & contribute to scheduled pre-construction, design & graphic presentations meetings

The successful candidate who can effectively work autonomously or within a team, possess excellent verbal, written, oral & interpersonal skills, & the drive & ambition to provide the highest quality of design & technical services will have opportunities for professional development & career progression.
