Aspiring HR Administrator for leading Architecture Practice
A progressive and friendly studio are seeking an assertive and hardworking HR Administrator to join their team. Ideally from a strong administration background with a passion for HR, you will be supporting the workshop and design teams, as well as assisting the Studio Manager with general administrative tasks such as diary management, travel arrangements, office supply orders and other ad-hoc duties.
HR task will include employment contracts, collecting references, writing Ads, screening applications and preferably introducing new HR software to the studio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. No previous experience within HR is needed, but organisation, a willingness to learn and a strong ability to multi-task is a must. The candidate will need to be priority driven and industry experience is preferred.
