Client Details

Our client, based in the local area of Ringwood, is looking for a Technical Manager - Growing SME Developer - with a good level of experience within the residential development market. You should be coming from a successful career within the Building and Construction industry and be able to show good examples of sites designed / worked on previously.

The client is a fantastic SME developer looking to expand their business and currently have a large number of sites coming through the planning process. These sites are growing in size as the business grows and experience you have working on sites from 20 - 100 units will be valuable.

The business is a family run company with a collaborative approach across the business. As part of the Technical team you will have exposure to most of the business including the Land and Customer Service teams.


An excellent role for an experienced Technical Manager - Growing SME Developer.

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Technical in the role, checking designs and working alongside the land and planning team to make sure projects are maximising potential. Your ability to build relationships across the business with other departments will be very important.

As they are currently growing and taking on larger projects they need a candidate who can adapt and work within a fast paced environment.


The ideal Technical Manager - Growing SME Developer - will come from a background working within the UK residential development market.

Candidates coming from a background in both Architectural practice and mainstream residential developer will be considered for this role. Understanding the building regulations in depth as well as being able to discuss the build process with the construction team will be vital.

The right candidate for this role should be a self-starter and have a desire to help build the business.

You should be professional but still easy going and willing to help out in a busy and cosy office.
