Based in the residential division, you will join a medium sized team working on a wide and varied range of projects new build housing, new schemes, retail projects and planning.
As an Associate Director you will be required to manage residential feasibility and detailed plans and house type designs from concept to presentation level incorporating necessary design standards and
coordinating a architectural team of 10/15.
You will be negotiating with key clients and delivering quality presentations, tenders and be required to undertake and give direction to master planning, design statements, development briefs, design codes and detailed layout designs. This would require supervisory and managerial duties you would have developed and responsible for job running and signing off.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and extremely motivated, with strong people and presentation skills. You will have a minimum of 4/5 year's experience working on in the residential sector, hands on and experienced with managing a team.
You will be accomplished in using major Architectural packages, take schemes from interception to completion and enjoy building relationships to build business.
