Your new role
Taking a lead role in the FE/HE Education team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of national and international projects. Leading the team of talented design staff, providing direction, motivation and support. You will also be responsible for developing new business, networking with key industry professionals, and developing strategies for team growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record of delivering a range of award winning projects in the UK, preferably in the FE/HE Education sector. You must be able to demonstrate team leadership, business acumen, excellent design ability and an appreciation of technical delivery, as well as full proficiency on Revit software.
