BIM Coordinator/Information Manager

Having landed a major ‘level 2’ new build office project, this is an opportunity both for the business to prove their BIM capability and for you to step up, take on more responsibility and fast track your BIM career on a reference level 2 project.
We are looking for an ‘on-the-way-up’, ambitious, BIM enthusiast who wants to prove themselves and grow. We need the BIM experience with the Revit / Navis proficiency and confidence necessary to co-ordinate with sub-contractors, audit models and manage the information to ensure the federated files are fit for purpose.
As important, is the fit with their family culture. We want someone who wants all the stakeholders to enjoy the process - someone solutions focussed, with a can-do attitude. So strong communication skills and the ability to engage others is vital.
This is a two year, site based role. At the end of it you will be a very well rounded BIM coordinator / manager and there will be more opportunity within the business to progress your career.
