Interior Designer - Architect

This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced Interior Designer / Architect wanting to
Become involved in working for a very successful multi-disciplinary professional design consultancy.

The role is working within the Architectural team providing interior design services on a range of
Projects covering both the Education and Commercial sectors either direct to potential Clients or
Architectural team. This role will suit a candidate with drive and ambition to be part of a
Successful division. Candidates must have strong communication skills with the ability to
Interface with clients / contractors and other professionals working within an existing team. This is an excellent role for a candidate wishing to progress within a successful business.

You must be a qualified Interior Designer with minimum of 5 years' experience or Architect with interiors experience Full design + technical ability. Ability to provide information in a clear and accurate manner with good presentation skills. Good computer knowledge and fully conversant with AutoCAD 2015, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Sketchup / 3D Studio and Revit.

Implementing and managing under the direction of Architecture Partner or Senior Associate the
Following Business policies in relation to design.


a) Design Feasibilities
b) Technical + Design Management

To engage in Business Development activities to increase Interior Design fee revenue
Promoting value of Good Architectural Design in addition to good technical design within the practice. Implementing and managing under the direction of the
Architecture Partner the following Business policies in relation to technical projects:-

a) Technical Management
b) Financial Management

Responsible for providing full range of Interior
Design services including:-

a) Liaising with clients in respect of Brief
Design and technical matters
b) Presentation of design proposals to clients/
c) Liaise with QS to monitor costs
d) Provide production information packages.
