Architectural practice in central Manchester looking for Project Lead Technician for high end residential.
Your new company
This 25 string architecture practice is located in the City Centre, a short walk from Manchester Victoria railway station. They have won and delivered some exceptional high end residential and high storey developments across the North of England, working with some unique client groups. Their design work is contemporary and interesting, and the practice is growing steadily thanks to their ability to secure work.
Your new role
You will be leading residential and mixed use projects from planning through all subsequent RIBA work stages to completion. Managing the work of a small team, and dealing with all project stakeholders, you will be valued as a key figure within this design practice and will be able drive your career forward.
What you'll need to succeed
you will need to be a successful Architectural Technologist, preferably MCIAT, with proven experience working to UK Building Regulations in the delivery of complex and high quality residential projects in the UK. Experience managing other members of staff would be beneficial, and the firm is keen to recruit someone who can drive. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Vectorworks or Microstation is essential, and knowledge of Revit is of interest (but not essential).
