They are a leading firm in their industry, and have serious ambitions to grow their business. So much to the extent that they may look at additional offices within the next few years. That would therefore mean that for the right person, progression opportunities will be available.
Your new role
Will be primarily working on residential projects, that will vary in size and scale across Scotland. You will get your own projects to run from inception to completion, and you will be expected to run them on site. This role will be a very autonomous one, that you will be able to put your own stamp on.
What you'll need to succeed
- Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.
- Have experience dealing with building control.
- Be able to develop good relationships with site managers and project managers.
- Be comfortable working on a full project yourself.
- Be able to read Revit drawings, and detail in Revit.
- Residential experience would be beneficial, however Revit is more important.
