Designers 4 Designers is a specialist recruitment agency that sources talent for all types of interior design practices. Working with clients in London and the surrounding areas, we source designers at all levels, from juniors through to directors. We work differently to other recruitment agents, we focus on getting to know our candidates and clients really well before filling a vacancy. We screen and interview designers face-to-face prior to assessing their suitability for a role. This allows us to put forward only those individuals that best fit our client’s brief and business. We also support clients by helping them with their people strategy and offer candidates search advice and career consultancy. This approach has enabled us to establish long-term relationships with our clients and candidates, and helped us grow. As a result of our continued success, we now have an amazing opportunity for a Resourcer to join our team.

This is a new role that supports the Director of Designers 4 Designers by developing and maintaining working relationships with clients and candidates. You will carry out initial screening of new candidates coming in, help select candidates for vacancies and maintain the existing candidate database. You will also have the opportunity to attend design related events during the week to help build your knowledge and network.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced design recruiter. However, we are open to considering an interior designer who is looking to use their skills in a different way. Whatever your background, it is essential you have experience in design so you can offer our clients a first hand understanding of their specialist requirements.

You will need to be personable, self-motivated, driven, ambitious and have excellent communication skills, as you will be talking to people on a day-to-day basis. You also need to be commercially minded, well organised, IT literate, professionally presented and willing to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude.

We offer an excellent flexible working environment. We won’t make you fill in mountains of paperwork and our generous commission structure will reward your hard work.

This is a part-time, office and home-based role with travel to London and Brighton for meetings 1-2 days a week. Hours required, 20-30 a week.
