A high profile practice that has a superb reputation with both the architecture community and with client groups. The company is in a strong position financially and has grown over the past 12 months. There is a significant pipeline of work and projects in both the UK and overseas.
Due to recent expansion and succession planning the practice would like to take on one, possibly two design partners. These individuals will be design leaders and capable of generating work. Projects range from cultural schemes through to head offices, residential led regeneration, mixed use and high rise. The practice embraces technology whilst also retaining the traditional skills of hand sketching and model making. Most projects are now done using Revit.
The practice is able to offer a senior level position with full design autonomy, a generous salary and bonus, and equity options within 12months.
We'd like to hear from people who are presently in Associate Director or Director roles in practices where they feel that their options to progress are limited. Candidates will ideally either have a mixed portfolio or a particular strength in a sector that has potential to grow over the next few years. All candidates will be strategic operators who can combine great design with great commercial returns. We'd like to see some significant UK projects too.
