An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join an award-winning architecture and design firm. This is a great chance for someone who is looking to further their experience in Marketing for a leading practice. This role will be supporting the Marketing Manager and will involve: coordinating bid responses, assisting in developing and maintaining all marketing and promotional materials, being involved in research, gathering data and updating records, proposal writing, the production of presentations, brochures and invitations for the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing team, Principals and project teams in London and across the firm
  • Help coordinate proposal submissions for marketing prospects (written and graphic support)
  • Be the guardian of the marketing content library, ensuring standard project and firm information is up to date and easily accessible
  • Create proposals and marketing presentations in keeping with the brand guidelines and templates
  • Assist in running the offices London Lab talks series and participation in other key London architecture/ design events
  • Be accountable to the team, budget and programme, while upholding the highest standards in all materials within the company's brand

Skills and Qualifications (required unless otherwise noted):

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience, ideally but not essential in architecture or a design/construction related environment
  • Able to take initiative and complete tasks efficiently, while managing multiple competing deadlines
  • Excellent capability using InDesign and Photoshop essential
  • Strong writing and editing skills, essential for drafting copy for bids and proof reading
  • Knowledge of print and production processes
  • Experience of using Microsoft CRM software to update contacts and follow ups is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, layout and typography
  • Excellent communication skills and be a team player
  • An understanding and appreciation of architectural/design practice is preferred

The ideal candidate will be focused on the detail, adept at coordinating people and have strong InDesign and Photoshop skills.
