One of London’s leading workplace architecture and design practices are looking for a proposals assistant to support their busy, deadline-driven proposals desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to assist in the production of PQQs, tenders and RFPs; manage the CV database and maintain the proposals data and copy library. This is an ideal role for somebody who is confident with words, as well as condensing a large amount of information down to half the size. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is a must; some knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
