I have a market leading client specialising in Design and Maintenance with a broad portfolio across the public and private sector who are looking for a passionate senior architect or technologist/technician to join their team in Hull to be responsible for the provision of competent design solutions to problems, promoting and maintaining the highest level of architectural design quality and innovation across all sectors (Residential and Housing Refurb, Estates Work, Commercial, Office Refurb, Education, Healthcare, Government etc)

You must be a competent job runner and be able to contribute and be involved in brief development

1) Bachelor's Degree in an Architectural related discipline - Essential
2) Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain - Essential

Skills and knowledge:
1) Experience in a similar or related role - Essential
2) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD - Essential
3) Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos - Essential
4) Revit / BIM - Desirable

You will be expected to Liaise with and provide architectural advice to a wide range of clients.
You will also manage design projects from brief to completion. Programme, allocate and monitor project work and carry out allocated tasks competently and professionally within determined financial budgets and fee/cost targets.

Successful applicants can expect a salary of upto £40000 plus extensive benefits including contributory pension and realistic opportunities to swiftly progress.
