Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with an award-winning medium-sized Architectural practice based in Hertfordshire to find them an Architect seeking to enhance or develop a career within the residential sector.

This well-established practice has seen an influx in project workloads in the new year, and therefore requires an enthusiastic and competent Architect to join them on a permanent, full time basis to accompany the existing design team. With commissions ranging from one-off-bespoke multi million pound residential properties through to large scale developments with some of the UK's leading housing developers, this role will provide perfect exposure to a range of projects at various scales.

Our client is seeking a talented individual with strong conceptual and technical skills - both AutoCAD and Revit software proficiency/ knowledge is highly desirable, however in house training will be provided. Candidates with existing client facing skills and project experience within the residential sector will be at a distinct advantage.
