My client is one of the UK's largest and most successful main contractors. Over the last few years they have been growing a design consultancy and now have a number of major projects operating at both design and delivery across the UK.
As a result they are looking Architects to join their team to work on Rail project through-out London. You would be working within a multi disciplinary team of Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Consultants on project ranging from a minimum of £50m. As working as an Architect for a main contractor you should be the technically superb, have a good knowledge of construction and be able to contribute to design and think outside the box.
Their team of Architects, Engineers and Consultants have delivered major infrastructure across the city and you would be given the opportunity to work on landmark major projects that would be something you could look back on with pride.
They are happy for people to work on a contract or permanent basis.
-Experience on large scale projects, preferably infrastructure, valued over £30m.
-Level of proficiency with Microstation and AutoCAD. A knowledge of Revit or AecoSIM would be advantageous
RIBA or ARB qualified Architects with at least 2 years Post Part II.
Good knowledge of construction and a flair for design.
-Ideally ran packages of work from stages 3 on wards.
