Your new business are a local authority based in Essex. With an exciting mix of projects, there are many positive challenges associated with this position.

Your new role
In your new position you will be dealing with major applications and be able to deal with a varied caseload independently, with the minimum of overall supervision.
As this role is a senior position, there may also be the need to present on a committee.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience of not only working within a planning team, but also dealing with major applications.
Experienced Interim Planners would be preferred as this role will require someone who is able to manage a high workload from early on.

What you'll get in return
In return for this Interim position you will receive a generous hourly rate, in addition to subsidised parking.
If you are interested there is also the opportunity for this position to become permanent for a Senior Planner.
