Head of Strategic Space Management

The Head of Strategic Space Management will take the lead role in the development of a University Space Strategy and for delivering an appropriate methodology to ensure best fit for space across the whole estate.  This role will combine both strategic advice to the Executive Board Estate Committee and detailed tactical space planning advice to support effective space use and utilisation across the campus.

We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of leading space and workplace management across a large scale, diverse multi-building estate portfolio.  You will have strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop space management strategies and polices to support an organisation’s overall strategy.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will be required to work at a senior level to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
