Your new role
This position is specifically related to a work stream via a large, multi-national contractor Client that DAY has delivered / is delivering several schemes for. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team in delivery of projects across the process engineering and energy from waste sectors.
This is a permanent position that initially will involve part time secondment to the contractor in their South Manchester office and then on site in South Wales for up to 2 years. The remaining time will be office based at DAY’s Manchester studio.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are fully proficient on Revit and Navisworks - Solibri experience would be ideal, and you must have worked on large schemes in the UK from start to finish and preferably in a process engineering, manufacturing or energy from waste sector.
You'll need excellent technical and construction knowledge, and the ability to run a scheme through on site, with the management and coordination of all team members.
You’ll also need to be able to work totally independently and be self-reliant, able to produce accurate reports, extract information from the Revit model, and use BIM level 2 processes to maximise efficiency.
