Great opportunity for an Architectural Revit Technician to join a highly prestigious architectural firm in London, on an initial 3 month contract. Our client has over 140 years’ worth of experience building schools, hospitals, hotels, museums, and many more establishments. Through their experience of delivering a high quantity of successful projects, they have gained a catalogue of notable clients, and worked on a number of high-profile builds. The selected Architectural Revit Technician will have a variety of roles and responsibilities. You will be creating detailed design models and drawings using Revit software, based on the documents given by the design teams. You will also be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure models are kept to the required quality and specifications provided. It may also be necessary for the chosen candidate to assist with the development of junior team members.

Essential skills, experience and attributes required:

  • Excellent understanding and experience using Revit software
  • Knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Previous experience working on construction projects would be ideal, but not essential
