This role will be to lead, manage and grow their small London studio for this National Architectural Practice.
The Director will have the autonomy to run and build the London studio with the financial and resource support of HQ.
Duties will include:-
- Strategically planning and executing the direction and growth of the studio
- Identifying and winning business through the existing company portfolio and your own contacts/networks.
- Building & managing a team.
- Overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial spirit with an existing client base, within one of the following sectors commercial, industrial, retail, master planning, care or hospitality.
A self-starter with the passion and drive to grow a business & team.
You maybe already be a non-equity Director, Associate Director or Associate within your current company looking to take the next step in your career.
