Leading Property, Construction and Services company in Liverpool are looking to expand their existing design team
Your new company
This is a world wide, Property Developer/ Multi-disciplinary type company with over 5,000 employees working for them. They have many different divisions and you would be part the Work Place Services division leading a number of Education, Healthcare and Emergency Services projects up to twenty million in value
Your new role
You will be responsible for the commercial performance of projects under your control. You will be preparing detailed plans and resource schedules both in the short and medium term match workload forecast and resource allocation. Contributing to commercial bids, feasibility studies and planning applications you will be leading from the front.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have demonstrable Revit skills and be able to promote these skills within the work place. Experience working on medium scale Education, Healthcare, Blue Light type projects is desired and you must be able to run a project from inception right through to completion, within minimal supervision. Experience in listed buildings/ conservation would be a benefit. People managing skills is also desired to ensure standards are kept at a high level and that deadlines are met on time
