Your new role
As Architectural Assistant, (Part 1, 2s and Technicians considered) you will be working alongside your fellow Architects and Associates on a wide spectrum of projects ranging from residential to commercial. You will cover feasibility studies, prepare building regulation packages, experience some on site working, be involved in contract admin and construction management and generally be a much needed addition to the current group. You will be placed with a set of like mined people that thrive on collaboration, interesting design and really value teamwork.
What you'll need to succeed
A positive and outgoing personality are a must with good background and clearly demonstrable design skills. You should have fluency in AutoCAD, Sketch up and InDesign. Above all you should be passionate, driven , flexible and have a hunger to develop and learn from the professionals around you. You will require a solid level of experience from a similar environment or role although newly qualified or junior Architectural candidates should not be put off applying, as you will be joining both a supportive and friendly team. AutoCAD fluency is a must and above all you should show passion enthusiasm and a real hunger to develop your career with this Architectural Practice.
