Interior Designer needed Warwickshire!

I am currently recruiting for a client based in Warwickshire. They are looking to recruit either a Mid or Senior level interior designer. They already have a very well established team and want someone to be able to join their friendly office.

Key tasks/duties
To use AutoCAD and Photoshop in the production of highly detailed drawings, schedules, and colour/mood boards
To produce an initial sketch of spatial layout
To produce sketches of the detailed design elements to ensure/demonstrate an understanding of the 3D realisation of the plans. Ability to show the detailed design elements in 3D through sketches
To self and sense check drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency
To respond to and answer client contractors' queries
To produce spatial layouts to meet design brief
To be able work quickly and accurately to meet agreed, and often short deadlines
To organise and manage own workload as agreed with your Line Manager
To learn the Construction, Design and Management Regulations, including Design Risk Assessments
To develop and maintain a good understanding of computer based design software,
To research and keep up to date with new design trends
To have and develop the 'soft skills' necessary to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
To undertake learning and development activities as required
From time to time undertake other tasks as may be reasonably required
