Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a highly reputable and award-winning global design practice in London, on an initial 3-6 month contract. Our client is a highly experienced rail and aviation design services provider, with a wealth of experience working on airport terminals and train stations. However they have also had an abundance of successful hotel, leisure and commercial projects. This would be the ideal opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to build upon their existing portfolio by working on exciting new projects, and with a creative team of dedicated professionals.

This role will see the selected candidate provide a range of drawing and modelling services based upon the specifications given by the design team. You may also be required to liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure the project briefs are being met, and the quality of work is consistent with meeting client and company needs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Skilled with using Revit software
  • Ability to run packages from Stage 3
  • Abilities to develop, coordinate and deliver architectural systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
