Large construction company, requires furniture fixtures and equipment specialist, Bedfordshire £175 day rate.
Your new company
Our client is a large national construction company who is one of our top national clients working across the country. Currently focusing on a number of large residential, commercial and education projects where there is a need for experienced and specialists with building and interiors design.
Your new role
This position requires expertise from a Design manager, Project manager or Interiors specialist where they have developed experience with Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment projects. This position requires strong project management skills, good understanding of drawing specifications, controlling costs, working with main and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will be currently working in a similar role with UK experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Commercial awareness, experienced with costing and supply's
- Experienced with Bid's and pre-contracts
- Strong presentation and chair strategic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent personal and project management experience
What you'll get in return
This opportunity start as a temporary role, with reviews to go permanent after three month with good performance. £175 day rate.
