If the idea of combining work on global tourist attractions, whilst also living and working by the seaside in Devon sounds appealing then this could be for you. Due to their ongoing success, my client now requires a Senior Architectural Technician to join the team.

Based a short walk from the seaside, this practice works across a wide variety of sectors including conservation, hospitality, residential and attractions – including zoos, aquariums, and museums across 24 countries.  They recently have invested into the implication of Revit and BIM moving forward with current and future projects.

Role & Responsibilities

The role would involve working on exciting high profile visitor attraction as well as leisure and hospitality sector projects across the globe. The role would involve in the assisting in the management of certain projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years UK post qualification experience
  • Revit proficiency will be highly advantageous
  • Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels
  • Able to assist in managing complex projects on site.
  • Experience in technical design solutions and specification writing.
  • Good detailing skills

Salary & Package
