An Administrative Assistant with a high degree of flexibility, tact, enthusiasm and resourcefulness is required to provide support and carry out general reception duties efficiently. You will be responsible for booking travel arrangements including transport, accommodation and visas, preparing correspondence, liaising with clients, contractors and others by telephone and in person, assisting with reception duties and acting as Fire Marshal or First Aider, if required. An excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) and excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are both essential to this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global architectural practice and be part of their south west London team.
